This Privacy Policy describes how Conexa 365 ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using the Conexa 365 app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you create an account or register a business, we may collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Password (stored in encrypted form)
  • Business name, category, and description
  • Business address and city/state
  • Business phone number and email
  • Website and social media links
  • Business owner's full name, phone number, and email

When you use our app, we automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Device model (anonymous)
  • Operating system version (anonymous)
  • Device language (anonymous)
  • Geolocation (if you grant permission)
  • App usage and session data

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is securely stored on servers located in the United States, protected with encryption in transit and at rest, firewalls, and access controls.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  • In-app: Go to your account settings and select "Delete Account."
  • By email: Send a request to info@conexa365.com with subject "Account Deletion Request."

All personal information, business data, photos, and account history will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: Vendors who help operate the app (analytics, hosting, notifications), bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Business directory: Approved business listings are visible to other app users (name, category, contact info, description).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Conexa 365 or others.

6. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, if our app tracks your activity across other companies' apps and websites, we will request your permission before doing so. You can change tracking preferences anytime in Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

Conexa 365 is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at info@conexa365.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your personal data (see Section 4)
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
